Last Updated: Feb 2025 ChatUp AI（以下「本サービス」といいます）をご利用になる前に、本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）をよくお読みください。本サービスにアクセスし、または本サービスを利用することにより、お客様は本規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。本規約のいずれかの条項に同意できない場合は、本サービスにアクセスすることはできません。

18歳以上入場可

ChatUp AIには成人向けのコンテンツが含まれており、18歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。本サービスにアクセスし、または本サービスを利用することにより、利用者は18歳以上であること、または利用者の法域において成人年齢に達していることを確認するものとします。18歳未満の方は、直ちに本サイトから退出し、本サービスの利用をお控えください。ChatUp AIの利用を継続することは、本規約を承諾し、利用に対する責任を負うことを意味します。

Geographic Restriction – Prohibited Jurisdictions (Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, North Korea, etc.)

The Service is strictly prohibited from being accessed or used in Mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), as well as in jurisdictions where adult (18+) content is banned by law, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. AI-Generated Content & Output Disclaimer

We strictly prohibit the intentional prompting, generation, output, sharing, or uploading of AI-generated child pornography, non-consensual deepfakes, or any exploitative and harmful content. We employ robust automated safety filters to prevent the output of such materials. Any violation of this policy, including attempts to bypass our safety mechanisms, will result in immediate account termination, and potential legal action will be pursued. 当社のAIツールを使用して生成されたすべての画像、テキスト、またはその他のコンテンツは、純粋にフィクションであり、実在の個人（生死を問いません）を描いたものではありません。 AIが生成した画像に描かれているキャラクターは18歳以上を想定しており、コンテンツが適用される法的基準に準拠していることを保証するためにあらゆる努力をしています。 We do not condone, tolerate, or permit the creation, output, or distribution of any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

1.参加資格

ChatUp AIを利用するには18歳以上である必要があります。本サービスを利用することにより、お客様はこの条件を満たしていることを表明し、保証するものとします。 18歳未満の方は、本サービスへのアクセスまたは利用を禁止します。

2.口座登録

お客様は、パスワードを含むご自身のアカウント情報、およびご自身のアカウントで行われるすべての活動を保護する責任を負います。アカウント情報を第三者と共有しないでください。アカウントが侵害されたと思われる場合は、直ちに当社にご連絡ください。

3.禁止されている用途

本サービスの以下の利用を固く禁じます：

• Prompt, generate, output, share, or upload illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content.
• Generate or distribute child pornography, exploitative content, extreme violence, or content that promotes illegal activities.
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or disable our safety filters (jailbreaking) to generate prohibited or harmful outputs.
• 知的財産権を侵害する。
• 適用される法律、規制、または第三者の権利を侵害すること。
• Engage in activities that defame, harass, threaten, or harm others.

注：画像から動画への変換や顔の入れ替えなど、ユーザーがアップロードしたすべてのコンテンツ機能は、コンプライアンス・アップデートの一環として恒久的に削除されました。

4.サブスクリプションサービス

ChatUp AIの購読は、特に指定がない限り、定期的な支払いが条件となります。購読の解除は、アカウント設定からいつでも行うことができます。

5.返金ポリシー

サブスクリプションまたは購入の払い戻しには、返金ポリシーが適用されます。払い戻しの条件については、こちらの「払い戻しポリシー」をご覧ください。

6.口座解約

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, attempts to generate harmful outputs, or any activities that harm the integrity, safety, or reputation of the Service. 当社の方針に違反した場合は、法的手続きの可能性を含め、直ちに措置を講じます。

7.コンテンツ削除ポリシー

私たちは、プライベートAIチャット内でアダルトなテーマを探求するユーザーの創造的自由をサポートしますが、法的規制に違反するコンテンツは厳しく禁止しています。 Content or outputs involving minors, non-consensual acts, bestiality, hate speech, self-harm, or other unlawful activities will be immediately blocked or removed. 2025年2月現在、ユーザーによる画像/動画のアップロード機能をすべて無効にし、プライベートアルバムやギャラリーへのアクセスも削除しています。 当社は、本規約に違反するコンテンツを確認し、削除するための明確かつ効率的なプロセスを導入しています。不適切なコンテンツに遭遇した場合、または違反が疑われる場合は、下記までご連絡ください。 chatup@aichattings.com をクリックして問題を報告してください。

8.知的財産権

ChatUp AI retains all intellectual property rights to the Service, including the software, algorithms, and any proprietary technology used to generate AI content. Users retain ownership of the content they generate but grant ChatUp AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share public content solely for service improvements, safety filtering, and related purposes.

9.補償

You agree to indemnify and hold ChatUp AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to any infringement of third-party rights, generation of harmful outputs, or illegal activities conducted using the Service.

10.責任の制限

ChatUp AIは、お客様が本サービスを利用したこと、または利用できなかったことから生じる間接的、結果的、付随的、特別、または懲罰的損害については、たとえ当社がかかる損害の可能性を知らされていたとしても、一切責任を負いません。本規約に起因するクレームに対する当社の総責任額は、クレームの原因となった事象の発生前6ヶ月間にお客様が本サービスに対して支払った金額を超えないものとします。

11.準拠法

本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、アイルランド共和国の法律に準拠し、それに従って解釈されるものとします。本規約に起因または関連する紛争は、アイルランド共和国の裁判所で解決されるものとします。

12.規約の変更

当社は、いつでも本規約を更新または修正する権利を留保します。すべての変更はこのページに掲載され、更新された規約は掲載後直ちに有効となります。変更後も本サービスの利用を継続することにより、お客様は変更後の規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。
